We were the original Souris Hospital but now a Community Care facility in the heart of Souris ~ completely renovated in 2021. Designed for people who no longer want to live on their own or who cannot live safely on their own and need a little help.

Emerson Lodge
Lorna’s House

Located in downtown Charlottetown offering a cozy, non-institutional living environment for adults who cannot live safely on their own. We are near public parks and walking distance to shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. ~Completely renovated in 2022

WoodLand Home
Claudette’s House

A beautiful building at the top of Souris. We are specifically designed for residents who no longer want to live on their own and get timely help when needed. ~ Completely renovated in 2021.

Villa Marguerite
Maigan’s House

Beautifully located in the scenic fishing village of North Rustico next door to the Stella Maris Church, the Villa Marguerite provides independent living with security and comfort that everyone deserves ~ Completely renovated in 2022

The Mews
Krista’s House

Located in Beautiful Margate / Kensington a Home that offers a warm and cozy setting for your family member to be safe and cared for with love and security and the comfort they deserve. ~Completely renovated in 2023.

All 5 of our PiccottCare facilities take pride in our daily events for our residents. From bingo to crib tournaments, cards, story time, live dancers, sing-alongs , Yoga plus, of course, the famous Saturday Night Hoedown and much more. Our goal is lots of smiles every day.

PiccottCare Plates Meal Program.

All 5 facilities offer excellent home cooked meals prepared by PiccottCare signature chefs. Our food service staff work closely with dieticians to consider the nutritional needs of the residents when developing the menus. There are alternate choices available for those not liking the regular menu items. Residents enjoy three meals a day as well as two daily nourishing snacks.

13We moved our Dad into care about a year ago and since then he has become dependent on a wheelchair , without hesitation when Dad needed the chair they instantly gutted his room and re-built it as a wheelchair assessable room even the washroom !
